Courses
The Institute has been delivering courses to support
individuals and organisations to integrate life, work and faith for the
past 20 years. For the past 10 years it has been developing courses which
are targeted at those in leadership and consultancy positions in the
not-for –profit sector supporting them to increase their knowledge
and understanding of the issues they face locally and globally, and learn
how to target their resources to really make a difference in our world.
It is on the National Register of CPD providers, and all courses are CPD accreditable. The Institute in a Premier Practice of the Institute of Business Consulting (IBC) London.
The Craighead Institute is hosting the Bayswater Working Conference
in Scotland in October 2010.
Managing Complexity is a 3 day residential event aimed at leaders and consultants
from all sectors and aims to enable them to develop a deeper understanding of
themselves and the organisational pressures affecting them, and support them
to be more effective in their roles. The event will be led by Derek Rafffaelli,
an organisational consultant and psychoanalytic psychotherapist. For more information download

Leadership Development in Africa
The Craighead Institute is launching a new programme of leadership development
for religious congregations working in Africa. This will be a 3 modular course
starting in August 2010 and located in Kampala, Uganda. For further information download
