"As a graduate of the Craighead Diploma, I find myself now surfing the inevitable sea of troubles in organisations with positivity and creativity and not drowning in them! I have a tool box full of new ideas and practices to help steer emergent recovery organisations and myself in building what could be a left field social change movement of the 21st century. As a human, I feel so much clearer on what place my spiritual practice has in the organisational life of the services I run and am involved in. On a personal level, I am less frightened of myself, of being at odds with other views and practices, and much more accustomed to challenging my own assumptions. Coupled with a passion for systems theory, which was nurtured in the diploma, I am excited about possibilities and that for now is more than enough for me. Job done Craighead Diploma!!!"
