Diploma Programme in Organisational Consultancy and Facilitation
This Diploma Programme aims to support the development of organisational leaders, consultants and facilitators so that they can work effectively with groups, institutions and communities seeking to promote justice in the world.

It consists of 8 x 3 day modules and draws on a range of theories and approaches including systems thinking, organisational development and psyschoanalysis. It also includes a strong emphasis on practical skills and learning from experience. Previous participants have included independent facilitators and consultants and managers and directors of voluntary organisations, faith based groups and religious congregations .
