What we do

The Craighead Institute works with people and organisations who want to explore how beliefs, faith, spirituality and/or values can translate into practice and provide a strong foundation to individual and organisational development.

We also work with faith/value based organisations who are struggling to be as effective as they should be.

We address issues of authority and power and how these work either to promote 'life' or create abusive systems and explore what it means to be a leader and to exercise 'leadership'.

We use a range of approaches and tools to assist individual and organisational development. Much of our work is based on systemic and psychodynamic foundations but we also use tools from action science   and person centred planning.

The principles which underpin our work
At the Institute we work to the following principles:

  • strive for excellence in all aspects of our work
  • endeavour to contract with clients in a clear and transparent manner
  • work to clearly agreed tasks and targets and ensure appropriate and timely negotiation when there is a need to review these
  • maintain confidentiality
  • work ethically and comply with the law.

Contracting and Fees
Contracts are negotiated and agreed with each client. The Institute charges a daily rate which can be varied in exceptional circumstances.

We are a Premier Practice of the Institute of Business Consultancy (IBC) London
