Strategic Planning and Evaluation
Our consultants specialise in
the development of participative planning and evaluation processes. We
use these to assist leadership teams and whole organisations, to
agree a vision, set goals, work out how they will know when they are getting
there and allocate resources.
Team-Building
We use a range of theories and tools to enable team members to acknowledge
what they bring with them, understand their roles and develop a way of
working together which will ensure that they become a high performing
team.
Leadership Development
All our consultants have experience of
leadership. We specialise in supporting individual leaders and their
teams to analyse their approach to leadership, decide on the model
of leadership appropriate to the task they have to achieve and take up
their roles with authority.
Facilitation
We have experience of facilitating a wide range
of groups from a variety of backgrounds. Our consultants are trained
in a variety of methods to include and empower group members including
graphic facilitation and action learning.
Chapter Facilitation
Several of our consultants have substantial experience of facilitating
Provincial and General Chapters, and Enlarged General Councils.
Action Research Processes
We have consultants who specialise in working with professionals and
or community members using action research. In this approach the facilitation
of change based on the findings of the research, becomes part of the
process itself.
Organisational/Congregational Reviews
We are often engaged to
undertake a review and analysis of the structures, which support an organisation
or a congregation. Our approach is always to make these processes as
collaborative as possible to ensure that the final recommendations are
grounded, and as much as possible, owned, by those who will be affected
by them. This does not stop us supporting organisations to face the reality
in which they find themselves and move
forward.
Executive coaching, Mentoring and Supervision
As well as consultancy and facilitation the Institute offers one-to-one
mentoring, supervision, pastoral support and role analysis for chief
executives and managers.
